Built-In Freewheels
ASM-NDS Model
This model is a roller type freewheel that does not have built-in bearings. Bearings
are needed to support both axial and radial loads, and lubrication and sealing must be provided during installation. The nominal outer dimensions are similar to those of series 62 ball bearings. Typically, this type is installed next to a series 62 bearing.
AMNU-NLD Model
Non-Bearing Supported Roller Freewheel. This is a roller-style freewheel that comes
without built-in bearing support. This means the installation must include suitable
bearings to handle both axial and radial loads. In addition, lubrication and sealing
need to be provided as part of the system setup. The outer diameter of this unit
matches the dimensions of a 63 series ball bearing, making integration into standard
designs straightforward.
DC-NDC Model
This is a sprag-style freewheel cage that doesn't include inner or outer races. It must be built into a system that supplies those races, along with support for both axial and radial loads, proper lubrication, and sealing. The DC-NDC type is compatible with all common lubricants used in power transmission systems.
SFM-NSC Model
This is a sprag-style freewheel cage that doesn't include inner or outer races. It must
be built into a system that supplies those races, along with support for both axial and
radial loads, proper lubrication, and sealing. The SFM-NSC type is compatible with all
common lubricants used in power transmission systems.
